It's nice to meet you.

Who I Am
I pay attention to the quality of light in a room, the shift in someone's tone, the detail that makes the difference between something feeling considered and something feeling rushed. Details matter to me. And so does balance; I've been oriented toward it my whole life (Virgo-Libra cusp here!).

Between structure and softness, intention and ease, the beautiful and the functional. I find it in the gathering energy of a crowd moving together at a concert, in the moment a project finally clicks into coherence.

I've been shaped by years in the Burning Man community — a culture that takes creativity, radical self-expression, and genuine care for one another seriously. That world deepened something already true in me: a belief that the environments we create matter, and that tending them well is its own kind of art.

I am an empath who also has strong opinions. I observe before I speak (most of the time). I notice what's not being said, and I'll name it. And I will always notice the birds.
How I Show Up
For over a decade, I've worked inside systems: project management, operations, and administration across mental healthcare, wellness, psychoeducation, and small business. Those environments taught me how much care structure can hold, and how powerfully thoughtful systems support meaningful work over time.

Heliotrope Collaborations grew from this instinct...when the conditions are right, what wants to emerge can arrive fully, and in its own time. It's where I bring the same quality of attention, care, and steadiness to the people and projects I'm honored to support. I take the work seriously, but I don't always take myself that seriously; and I bring humor to the process when it fits. If any of this resonates, I'd love to find out what we might create together.
